All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that during peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, and we will notify you if any delays occur.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over £70. For orders under £70, a standard shipping fee of £7.99 will apply. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Additionally, you have the option to use our convenient Click & Collect service at our clinic in Kirkby, Liverpool.
